Resting Up!

Not much exciting going on this weekend. Just taking it easy. We took advantage of the beautiful weather this morning and went for a walk. Matt took Kennedy in the Baby Bjorn (I am still trying to get a picture while he's wearing it!) After that, Kennedy got a bath, and she was NOT happy. Here she is resting up for her big trip to Chicago next weekend. She can't wait to meet everyone at the Alzheimers Walk on Sunday where we'll walk in remembrance of Paw. See you all soon!!

Weekend Activities

We had a fun time over the weekend with a get-together at our house on Saturday and a visit to Grannie Nana (we're trying out a couple names)/Grandpa's on Sunday.

For anyone that has ever had a dog!

Its still very hard to deal with the loss of our buddies, Tex & Dakota. They brought so much joy to our lives. They lived life to the fullest every day, which is something we should all strive to do. Its hard, but I am trying!!

First playdate and vacation!

Kennedy had her first "playdate" last week. We met Kiera and her new little girl, Mary Grace, for lunch. Kennedy & Mary slept the whole time!!
Kennedy also had her first vacation over the weekend. We drove to Charleston, and she did great! She's getting ready for our plane trip to Chicago at the end of the month!!
